Glimpses of Photography

Here you will find images that I have taken over a period of time, listed by months.  There will be all kinds of stuff, “Lifestyle/Candid”, “Scenic”, “Abstract”, “Landscape”, “Urban Landscape”, “Macro”, and other images.

It seems that owning a concealable camera (camera phones and ultra-compact digital cameras) is perfectly fine and acceptable. But, I lug around a larger camera, like a DSLR or older Rangefinder film camera, and sometimes I get confronted.  I guess, a lot of people are so used to seeing tiny un-intimidating cameras, that when they see a larger camera, they get paranoid.

It is more challenging in today’s world with all the global terrorism  hitting every country. Many countries are passing all kinds of laws to question and or detain anyone who “looks” like they could be a treat to their city or country. So, make sure you look like tourist! ;-D

I will post  images that represent each month of photographs month of captures. And have a menu tab accordingly for each month.

This is work in progress…please stop by every few weeks for updates.
